Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Tendi (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Tendi provides endpoint management, data-loss prevention, usage controls, transparent monitoring, and remote support for computers you are authorized to manage. You install an agent on devices and manage them from a web dashboard.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide a valid email. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Each account is isolated; keep your password, encryption passphrase and recovery key safe — we cannot recover end-to-end encrypted content on your behalf.
4. Lawful and legitimate use (important)
You may use monitoring and control features only on: (a) devices you or your organization own; (b) devices of a minor child under your guardianship; or (c) devices of a person who has given informed consent. You agree to inform monitored users where required by law and to use advanced features (live view, screenshots, remote support, data retrieval) only for lawful, legitimate purposes.
Covert surveillance of other people, or any use that violates applicable privacy, labor, wiretapping or computer-misuse laws, is strictly prohibited and may be a crime. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you and the monitored devices are located.
5. Acceptable use
You will not: use the Service to break the law or infringe rights; attempt to access other tenants' data; probe, overload or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer except as permitted by law; or resell the Service without authorization.
6. Plans, billing and changes

7. Your data
You retain ownership of your content. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Log snapshots are retained for a limited window and then deleted automatically. You can delete your account and data at any time from the dashboard.
8. Availability and security
We run on Cloudflare infrastructure and apply technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no service is perfectly secure or available. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for your unlawful use of monitoring features. [CAP ON LIABILITY.] Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
