Live view and saved screenshots have higher picture quality on higher plans. Remote control and file retrieval are not available yet; when they arrive they will need the person at the computer to click Agree for each session.

Pricing questions

How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets the full Pro plan free for 60 days, with no card. When it ends you move to the Free plan automatically. Your computers keep working; you just cannot add more than the Free plan allows, and Pro features pause until you choose a plan.
Is the price per computer?
No. Prices are per account, per month, up to the number of computers and co-managers in your plan.
How do I pay, and what about tax and invoices?
You choose a plan inside the app. Payment, tax and invoices are handled by Polar, the seller of record. Tendi never sees or stores your card number.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time in the app, under Manage billing. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for. See the Refund policy for the details.
Can the prices change?
Prices are shown in Vietnamese đồng. We may change prices or plans with notice, as set out in the Terms of service.
