1. Purpose
Tendi is made for looking after computers openly — in families, schools, shops and businesses. These rules say how Tendi may and may not be used. They are part of the Terms of service.
2. Where you may use Tendi
Only on computers that:
- you own, or that your business or organisation owns and you are entitled to manage; or
- belong to your minor child, whose guardian you are; or
- are used by an adult who knows about Tendi and has agreed to it.
You are responsible for making sure this is true where you and the computers are.
3. Tell the people you look after
Before you use Tendi on a computer, tell the people who use it — clearly, and in words they understand — what Tendi does there: for example blocking, allowed hours, screenshots, live view, USB records, remote control or file retrieval. Where the law requires written notice or consent (often the case for employees), get it. Tendi shows notices on the computer for some actions, such as when the screen is viewed live or a USB device is plugged in, but these notices do not replace your own duty to tell people.
4. What is not allowed
- Watching people in secret, hiding Tendi, or trying to switch off or get around the notices and the "Agree" step for remote control and file retrieval.
- Monitoring or tracking an adult who does not know about it or has not agreed to it — including a partner, former partner, relative or colleague. This is stalking, and Tendi must not be used as stalkerware.
- Using Tendi on computers you do not own and are not entitled to manage.
- Retrieving files from, or taking control of, a computer without the agreement of the person at it, or trying to reach protected places such as saved passwords in browsers, SSH keys or system files.
- Using what you see to harass, threaten, blackmail or discriminate against anyone, or in any other unlawful way.
- Breaking privacy, employment, child-protection, surveillance or computer-misuse laws.
- Trying to reach another account's data, disturbing or overloading the Service, taking it apart to copy it (except where the law allows), or reselling it without our written permission.
- Getting around plan limits or payment — for example by opening many accounts to repeat the free trial.
5. If you think Tendi is on your computer without your knowledge
Tendi does not hide. It appears in Task Manager (the list of running programs), and whoever administers the computer can remove it like a normal program. If you are not sure who set it up, ask the person who manages the computer. You can also write to us at hello@tendi.cc with as much detail as you can; we look at every report, and we can suspend an account that breaks these rules.
6. What happens if the rules are broken
We may warn you, suspend or close the account and, where the law requires it, give information to the authorities.
7. Changes
We may update these rules. The date at the top shows the current version.

- Dùng Tendi trên máy mà bạn không sở hữu và không có quyền quản lý.
- Lấy tệp từ máy, hoặc điều khiển máy, khi người ngồi máy chưa đồng ý, hay tìm cách vào những nơi được bảo vệ như mật khẩu lưu trong trình duyệt, khoá SSH hoặc tệp hệ thống.
- Dùng những gì bạn thấy để quấy rối, đe doạ, tống tiền hay phân biệt đối xử với bất kỳ ai, hoặc để làm điều trái pháp luật khác.
- Vi phạm pháp luật về quyền riêng tư, lao động, bảo vệ trẻ em, giám sát hoặc lạm dụng máy tính.
- Tìm cách vào dữ liệu của tài khoản khác, làm gián đoạn hay quá tải Dịch vụ, mổ xẻ Dịch vụ để sao chép (trừ khi pháp luật cho phép), hoặc bán lại khi chưa có sự cho phép bằng văn bản của chúng tôi.
- Lách giới hạn của gói hoặc việc thanh toán — ví dụ mở nhiều tài khoản để dùng thử miễn phí lại nhiều lần.
5. Nếu bạn nghĩ Tendi đang ở trên máy của bạn mà bạn không biết
Tendi không ẩn mình. Tendi hiện trong Task Manager (danh sách chương trình đang chạy), và người quản trị máy có thể gỡ nó như một chương trình bình thường. Nếu bạn không chắc ai đã cài, hãy hỏi người quản lý máy. 1. Finalidad
Tendi está hecho para cuidar equipos con transparencia: en familias, escuelas, tiendas y empresas. Estas reglas indican cómo se puede y cómo no se puede usar Tendi. Forman parte de las Condiciones del servicio.
2. Dónde puede usar Tendi
Solo en equipos que:
- usted posea, o que posea su empresa u organización y usted tenga derecho a administrar; o
- pertenezcan a su hijo menor de edad, del que usted es tutor; o
- use un adulto que conoce Tendi y ha dado su consentimiento.
Usted es responsable de que esto se cumpla en el lugar donde están usted y los equipos.
3. Informe a las personas a las que cuida
Antes de usar Tendi en un equipo, informe a quienes lo usan —con claridad y con palabras que entiendan— de lo que Tendi hace en él: por ejemplo, bloqueos, horas permitidas, capturas de pantalla, vista en vivo, registros de USB, control remoto u obtención de archivos. Cuando la ley exija un aviso o un consentimiento por escrito (algo frecuente con los empleados), consígalo. Tendi muestra avisos en el equipo para algunas acciones, como cuando se ve la pantalla en vivo o se conecta un USB, pero esos avisos no sustituyen su propio deber de informar a las personas.
4. Lo que no está permitido
- Vigilar a personas en secreto, ocultar Tendi o intentar desactivar o eludir los avisos y el paso de «Aceptar» del control remoto y de la obtención de archivos.
- Vigilar o rastrear a un adulto que no lo sabe o no lo ha aceptado, incluidos una pareja, una expareja, un familiar o un compañero de trabajo. Eso es acoso, y Tendi no debe usarse como programa espía.
- Usar Tendi en equipos que no posee y que no tiene derecho a administrar.
- Obtener archivos de un equipo o tomar su control sin el acuerdo de la persona que lo usa, o intentar acceder a lugares protegidos como las contraseñas guardadas en los navegadores, las claves SSH o los archivos del sistema.
- Usar lo que ve para acosar, amenazar, chantajear o discriminar a alguien, o de cualquier otra forma ilegal.
- Infringir las leyes de privacidad, laborales, de protección de menores, de vigilancia o de uso indebido de equipos informáticos.
- Intentar acceder a los datos de otra cuenta, perturbar o sobrecargar el Servicio, desmontarlo para copiarlo (salvo que la ley lo permita) o revenderlo sin nuestro permiso por escrito.
- Eludir los límites de los planes o el pago; por ejemplo, abriendo muchas cuentas para repetir la prueba gratuita.
5. Si cree que Tendi está en su equipo sin que usted lo sepa
Tendi no se oculta. Aparece en el Administrador de tareas (la lista de programas en ejecución), y quien administre el equipo puede quitarlo como un programa normal. Si no sabe quién lo instaló, pregunte a la persona que administra el equipo. También puede escribirnos a hello@tendi.cc con tantos detalles como pueda; estudiamos todos los avisos y podemos suspender una cuenta que incumpla estas reglas.
6. Qué ocurre si se incumplen las reglas
Podemos advertirle, suspender o cerrar la cuenta y, cuando la ley lo exija, dar información a las autoridades.
7. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estas reglas. La fecha que aparece arriba indica la versión vigente.

- 监视或追踪不知情或未同意的成年人——包括伴侣、前任、亲属或同事。这属于跟踪骚扰，Tendi 不得被当作间谍软件使用。
- 在您并不拥有、也无权管理的电脑上使用 Tendi。
- 未经使用者同意就从电脑取回文件或控制电脑，或试图访问受保护的位置，例如浏览器中保存的密码、SSH 密钥或系统文件。
- 利用您看到的内容骚扰、威胁、勒索或歧视任何人，或用于其他违法目的。
- 违反隐私、劳动、儿童保护、监控或计算机滥用方面的法律。
- 试图访问其他账户的数据、干扰或使服务过载、拆解服务以复制它（法律允许的除外），或未经我们书面许可转售服务。
- 绕过套餐限制或付款——例如开设多个账户来重复享受免费试用。
5. 如果您认为自己的电脑上被装了 Tendi 而您不知情
Tendi 不会隐藏。它会出现在任务管理器（正在运行的程序列表）中，电脑的管理者可以像卸载普通程序一样卸载它。如果您不确定是谁安装的，请询问管理这台电脑的人。您也可以写信至 hello@tendi.cc，尽可能提供详细信息；我们会查看每一份报告，并且可以暂停违反这些规则的账户。
6. 违反规则会怎样

3. 見守る相手に知らせる
パソコンで Tendi を使う前に、そのパソコンを使う人に、Tendi がそこで何をするのか（たとえば、制限、使える時間、画面の画像、リアルタイム表示、USB の記録、リモート操作、ファイルの取り出し）を、相手に伝わる言葉ではっきり伝えてください。法律で書面による通知や同意が求められる場合（従業員の場合は多くがそうです）は、それを得てください。Tendi は、画面がリアルタイムで見られているときや USB が挿されたときなど、一部の操作についてパソコン上にお知らせを表示しますが、そのお知らせは、お客様自身が相手に知らせる責任の代わりにはなりません。
4. 禁止されていること
- 人をこっそり見張ること、Tendi を隠すこと、お知らせやリモート操作・ファイルの取り出しの「同意」の手順を、オフにしようとしたり回避しようとしたりすること。
- 知らない、または同意していない大人（パートナー、元パートナー、親族、同僚を含む）を監視したり追跡したりすること。これはストーカー行為であり、Tendi をスパイ用ソフト（ストーカーウェア）として使ってはいけません。
- 所有しておらず、管理する権限もないパソコンで Tendi を使うこと。
- パソコンを使っている人の同意なく、ファイルを取り出したり、パソコンを操作したりすること。また、ブラウザーに保存されたパスワード、SSH キー、システムファイルなどの保護された場所に触れようとすること。
- 見たものを使って、誰かに嫌がらせや脅迫、恐喝、差別をすること、またはその他の違法な目的に使うこと。
- プライバシー・労働・児童保護・監視・コンピューター不正利用に関する法律に違反すること。
- ほかのアカウントのデータにアクセスしようとすること、本サービスを妨害したり過負荷にしたりすること、複製のために分解すること（法律で認められる場合を除く）、私たちの書面による許可なく再販売すること。
- プランの上限やお支払いを回避すること（たとえば、無料のお試しを繰り返すために多数のアカウントを作ること）。
5. 知らないうちに自分のパソコンに Tendi が入っていると思うとき
Tendi は隠れません。タスクマネージャー（動いているプログラムの一覧）に表示され、そのパソコンの管理者は、ふつうのプログラムと同じように削除できます。誰が設定したかわからないときは、そのパソコンを管理している人に尋ねてください。hello@tendi.cc に、できるだけ詳しい情報を添えてご連絡いただくこともできます。すべての報告を確認し、このルールに違反するアカウントを停止することがあります。
6. ルールに違反した場合
警告、アカウントの停止や閉鎖を行うことがあり、法律で求められる場合は、当局に情報を提供します。
7. 変更
このルールは更新されることがあります。ページ上部の日付が現在の版を示します。
